Refunds are available for physical products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
3. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If approved, shipping costs for the original purchase will not be refunded unless the issue was due to our error.
4. Non-Refundable Items:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged due to misuse, or returned after 14 days from delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
